Have fun and get fit in 2010 with an awesome beginners course in dance hula hoop and trick hooping. Hooping has a fun fast learning curve and you will be surprised at how quickly you’ll be able to do it well.

Registration is super affordable @ $100 for the full course. We can also give you a hoop to take home and use for the duration of the course free of charge, so you don’t need anything to get started.
