Have fun and get fit in 2010 with an awesome beginners course in dance hula hoop and trick hooping. Hooping has a fun fast learning curve and you will be surprised at how quickly you’ll be able to do it well. The next course :
commences September 23rd and runs for 5 weeks, Thursday nights 6pm – 7:30pm,
@ the Endeavour College of Natural Health in the Valley.
Registration is super affordable @ $100 for the full course. We can also give you a hoop to take home and use for the duration of the course free of charge, so you don’t need anything to get started.
